Bon vespre, amigues.
Mireu, valoreu, i ...vosaltres mateixes:
1. Flying Blind - Slash with Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators (Flying Blind)
2. Spin It Up - Mojo Thunder (The Outsider's Cabaret)
3. Runaway Souls - Ben Poole feat Elles Biley & Oli Brown (Post-Midnight Behaviour)
4. The Letter - Jesper Lindell & The Brunnsvik Sounds (Royal)
5. Somebody Show Me How To Love Me - Amann & The Wayward Sons (Air Creation)
6. Roustabout - JP Harris (Shaving a Dead Man)
7. Me And Bobby McGee - Sierra Ferrell (Live At Red Rocks 2025)
8. Devil's Got Work To Do - T. Davis
9. Immigrant Song - Led Zeppelin (III)
10. It Takes A Woman - Sienna Spiro
11. Back Door Stranger - Chino Swingslide & Max De Bernardi (Rogged But Right)
12. Don't Go No Further - Marian Barahona Blues Reunion (Rendez-Blue Vol.1)
13. You're So Fine - Joanna Connor (Live On 11/11)
14. Runnin' Out Of Fools - Janiva Magness (Operation Mend: Hope 3)
15. Young Country Boy - Garret T. Willie (Bill's Cafe)
16. I Started Young - Jovin Webb (Son Of A Sinner)
Així que ja ho sabeu, arriscar-vos a un empat a zero o ballar notant el dimoni dins vostre, nosaltres...

Us hi esperem a totes

The blues is where is all began with me… it’s actually the space I’m most comfortable in. I grew up listening to @janivamagness because I was obsessing over blues female singers so the fact that she wanted to do this duet is still a pinch me moment… I love how we covered this Willie Nelson song all the way back from the 50s. Y’all please go stream it, all the proceeds go to support @operationmend which helps post 9/11 veterans get the surgeries they need in their rehabilitation. I’ve been brought to tears meeting these soldiers and their families and how it changed their lives. So listen to some good music and you’ll be helping this awesome charity!

The community showed up for Bill Bowker at HopMonk Sebastopol. WOW! What an amazing day of smiles, tears, and coming together to support someone so dear to all of us!

It was a true honor to put this together with the help of so many people. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make this happen — the artists for donating their time and talent, our friends at KRSH Radio, Sheila and her amazing crew for pulling the silent auction together, our HopMonk team for setting the table, and of course to all of the fans for being there!

It’s community events like this that remind me exactly why I love my “job”. ❤️

i like you.

🟠 JANIVA MAGNESS SAYS HELLO TO BLUES ALIVE!

Janiva Magness. One of the most distinctive voices in contemporary American blues is coming to the Czech Republic for the very first time — and she’s heading straight to Blues Alive. Janiva is already looking forward to meeting the audience in Šumperk and has sent you a short greeting.

A seven-time Blues Music Award winner and Grammy nominee, she has an extraordinary life story as well as an impressive musical career. Her music blends traditional blues, rock and soul, and every song carries the weight of experience that is not learned, but truly lived.

Janiva Magness — for the first time in the Czech Republic, at Blues Alive.

This week’s BWAF feature is all about Billy Branch — Emmy winner, 3× Grammy nominee, Chicago Blues ambassador and one of the most recorded harmonica players of the last 50 years.

His new album The Blues Is My Biography is a powerful, personal journey featuring Bobby Rush, Shemekia Copeland and Ronnie Baker Brooks.

I sat down with Billy for a brilliant chat and we’re spinning the album right through the show.

Don’t miss this one.
