Grateful for the last few days spent with pastors, leaders, business owners, and friends… on the platform, around the table, signing a few books, witnessing God move powerfully, and even on the golf course.

One thing keeps standing out to me:
People are tired of pressure-driven leadership.
Some of the most meaningful moments this week didn’t happen from a stage, but through conversations, prayer, reflection, and simply slowing down long enough to listen.

I’m becoming more convinced that leadership is healthiest when it flows from peace, not pressure.
Very thankful to Roberto Treviño for the invitation to speak into both his business community and church this weekend. Honored to have been part of it.
