The dust has settled; my hangover is almost gone and all I can say is THANK YOU!! I am so grateful to Connor and Courtney for being so hilarious, Mark and Jeffrey for being so full of song and joy, Charlotte for being a master craftsperson who delivers beyond measure, Chris, Dan, Mike and Zack for being the best, smoothest crew in the biz, Justine for making me glow and helping the curls pop, Aidan for her aesthetic eye and great taste, Dan for helping me through Edinburgh, listening to my hour no matter how bad the recording, and holding down the pool table, Parkside Lounge for an impeccable, kind staff who were so accommodating and hospitable to our freak show, Caitlin (@caitlinpeluffo) for being my inspiration for hard work, hilarity and supreme friendship and for the NYC comic comedy. I cannot express how gobsmacked I am that you all showed up for me!! I am forever in your service!!!

Is it just me, or does anyone else feel like:
a.) summer is just getting started
b.) summer is over
c.) the whole thing has been kind of a hot mess

Between brutal temps, toddler travel, and a 911 call, I’m about ready to get onstage, get silly, complain and overshare to a room full of strangers. Call it stand-up or therapy,

THE MELTDOWN WITH MEL is back Tuesday, August 18 at 7pm at Young Ethel’s — and I’m bringing this ridiculously funny crew with me:

@noneefizzle
@mmmindela
@katiebluntcomedy
@jansel_jadams
@francescavh
@getwood
@brianelberg

Come laugh/meltdown with us. 🔥🎤🫠
Oh! I also clean out my closet onstage.
Come grab some free clothes - y not? 💃👔

🔥 SCHOOL’S ALMOST OUT AND THIS MOM IS LOSING HER MIND. 🔥

Before we dive headfirst into summer, I have to give a shoutout to last month’s Broad Squad stars. We had incredible comedians, musicians, storytellers, and enough creativity to solve at least one problem. The best part was having Parkside moms represent!
So cool.

Not to mention advertising pitches that were so good I’m genuinely concerned the Quinns (and Amanda) might be wasting their talents on comedy. @drbronnersuk @drinkspindrift @gamestop
hire them immediately 🔥💰💸

Tonight I’ll be taking the wheel at The Broad Squad for The Summer Meltdown with Mel 🥵- an evening of laughs, surprises, chaos, refreshing drinks, and (because I desperately need to clean out my closet) FREE CLOTHES.

📍 Young Ethel’s
🕖 7 PM

Come laugh. Come drink. Leave with a new outfit.

See you tonight. ☀️🔥👗
