as many of you know this chapter was not an easy one by any means but it is done, i did it; however, with that said i couldn’t have gotten through it without many amazing people standing by my side supporting me through every hardship. i faced no battle alone and for that i am forever grateful. although i walked that floor and was handed that diploma alone in this journey that was the one thing i never was. this chapter taught me to not be afraid of asking for help and that is the knowledge i hope to pass on as well as carry with me into my next journey. life isn’t meant to be gone through alone so lean on your loved ones and always look to help others that need it. don’t be afraid to let new people into your life, they may be your saving grace.

Thank you Forks Flag, from the first practice to the last game, this sport has meant everything to me. thank you to everyone who supported our team and made this whole experience so special! i’ll miss wearing this jersey and playing with these girls more than anything, but i’ll always be grateful for the memories and friendships this sport gave me. i would do it all over again in a heartbeat. forever proud to be a part of this team and im definitely going to miss this it and everything that came with it! I am very excited to continue my career at Hartwick!! ❤️💙 #5out #senioryear

from watching my brother do this sport as kids to placing in sectionals this year is wild to me. what a large space girls wrestling has in my heart. everyone on every team i’ve had in the last three years has a place in my heart as well and i love all of you and will miss you so dearly. wrestling has done for much for me during high school. it teaches discipline. it teaches you to be motivated even when you aren’t. that discipline and motivation is rewarding and winning is like no other feeling. wrestling most importantly gives you a family. whether it’s during team bonding or in the middle of conditioning, we are each other’s supporters and we are family. as well as teammates, coaches are a huge support system as well. to my coaches, you guys got me through my final years of wrestling and i cannot ever thank you two enough. you are the greatest coaches and we are very lucky to have you. i appreciate this experience and my coaches and team so much and will probably miss it more than anything else i’ll ever do.
