Becoming a Better Company

Proyecto 37 named its administrative team CARE 37 (Central de Apoyo a Restaurantes) with a clear mission: to provide the best support possible to each of its locations, focusing on operations, expansion, and new initiatives that drive growth.

Today, they decided to host their meeting in VAR37 — a new sports bar tailored towards soccer but welcoming to all sports fans. It’s a family-friendly restaurant with great food, great service, and beer as cold (or colder) than places like Twin Peaks. VAR37 is open from 11 AM to 12 AM and offers everything from salads, wings, and burgers to carne asada plates, creative appetizers, and more.

During the meeting, the team welcomed Paola as the new head of marketing. Members shared their personal journeys within the business, their growth, and why they continue to work for this amazing company. Stories came from those who have worked alongside the owner for over 15 years — even before Muelle 37 opened — to those with less than three months in the administrative team, each contributing their own perspective and passion.

This is a company built on vision, hard work, and the right values — and it’s clear they’re destined for great things. Step by step, they’re doing it the right way. With the right people in the right places, their future has no limits. This is only the beginning.
