Christian wellness retreat meets Traditional Chinese Medicine… and soup for breakfast! 🍜🧅🌶️🍋‍🟩

We learned why TCM traditionally emphasizes warm liquids in the morning to support digestion, and how Okinawa’s 80% full approach encourages mindful eating.

We put it into practice with broth-based soup, rich in gelatin, amino acids, and nutrients that support gut health, hair, skin, nails, and overall wellness. We also took time to pray over our meals, give thanks for what God provided, and be intentional about how we nourish our bodies! One of the best things about soup is how easily you can pack it with nutrient-dense ingredients and customize it to support different needs, from gut health to immune support and beyond!

Our organic, MSG-free broth came from local favorite Pho J&N, supporting a local business while trying something outside our usual American breakfast. A little reminder that traditional wellness practices, mindful eating, and caring for the bodies God gave us can all go hand in hand!!

A little look back at our Holyistic Fall Retreat 🤎🍂

It’s hard to put into words what these past five months have meant to us, four retreats, 50 women, and a vision God placed on our hearts that we got to watch unfold in ways we couldn’t have planned ourselves, all glory to Him for every bit of it!

Through Holyistic, we’ve had the blessing of bringing women together to grow in their faith, learn more about how God designed our bodies and the healing gifts He’s given us through His creation, be intentional with movement, food, rest, prayer, and conversation, and form friendships we pray last a lifetime.

To every girl who took a chance on coming, especially those who showed up alone not knowing a single person, thank you for trusting us and being willing to step into something new, God knew exactly why He brought each of you together, and we feel so blessed to have poured into you and become friends along the way.

We couldn’t have done this without the most incredible people beside us, @alyson.trudel who came to our second summer retreat and became part of our team, you have been such an answered prayer! @movementbymary thank you for leading Pilates and prayer at every retreat and reminding us that movement can be an act of worship, honoring the temple God gave us, @amayarosewood thank you for your unwavering support and Godly counsel through all the emotions that come with building something like this, and @graciekmedia thank you for capturing these memories so beautifully that we’ll get to look back on them for years to come!!

To the entire Little Daisy team @thelittledaisyjerome thank you for welcoming us into such a special piece of history and giving us the most beautiful place to gather for a few fall days in the mountains.

To everyone who prayed for us, believed in this vision, helped behind the scenes, and showed up with open hearts, thank you, Holyistic has become so much more than retreats, and our prayer is that what we’ve built together continues long after these weekends, in the way we care for ourselves, love others, grow in faith, and honor God in our everyday lives.

All glory to Him for what He’s done and what He has next!

Glory to God 🤍 This past season has not been easy but God is so so good, and he truly shows beauty, love, grace, and blessings even through it all. Blessed by the beauty of life and his everlasting presence and grace over my family.

Psalms 93:4 - Mightier than the thunder of the great waters, mightier than the breakers of the sea - the Lord on high is mighty.

Last night was a glimpse into what we’re building, and what all started inEden: bringing women together through meaningful experiences, wonderful food, and genuine friendship. It was such a special evening, and especially meaningful knowing it was the night before I leave the USA!

A huge thank you, and so much love to every women who joined us and helped make the night what it was! 🤍

🥗✨ @originalchopshop provided us with the most beautiful meals for our dinner, and if you’re looking for a healthy, delicious meal for yourself, catering for friends, an event, or grab n go meals for your next dinner or gathering, be sure to check them out. Everything was so fresh and genuinely amazing!

This is only the beginning of more dinners, gatherings, and experiences like this in cities around the world. If you’d love to see an inEden dinner come to your city, let us know below! ✨

a beautiful wrap to the end of the summer series for Camp Holyistic🤍🏕️✨

it’s been such a beautiful thing to watch unfold. starting with Jaraca, and I at the beginning of the summer with no idea how this vision would come to life… to God bringing the overflow, and bringing it to life so much more then we could have ever prayed for. Seeing this beautiful concept continue to expand and take on a life of its own with Jaraca, and Chloe at the forefront has been so special. When you can’t find the room - build it! Holyistic from what we have seen is the only seed-oil free, all women’s, faith filled, holistic, wellness retreat! WOW, and Hosting 37 women this summer 🥹🤍

GOD IS SO GOOD!

I especially loved leading Bible study, with worship by @nataliagraceoltean and gathering the girls together in the morning. we spent time talking about grace, with John sharing about the woman at the well and the way Jesus met her exactly where she was, with such humility, grace, and love. He didn’t shame her or turn away from her. He came to her, spoke truth to her, and offered her living water. it was such a beautiful reminder that Jesus meets us in the middle of our stories and that His grace is always enough..

@movementbymary led us through Pilates in the morning as well..

it was truly the most beautiful weekend. a peaceful room, full of women, friendship, faith, laughter, movement, and so much of God’s goodness ❤️❤️❤️ i’m so proud to have have had a part to play in this beautiful room with @chloetrca @jaracahirsch and so incredibly grateful for every woman who made this series what it was, joining us.. even through fear of the unknown, and now all being true sisters in Christ 🩷

until next year 🤍

but for now, they’ll be hosting this fall @thelittledaisyjerome Holyistic (European Version), and i’m SO sad to miss it, but also excited to see what comes next as I move to Paris tomorrow!! 😭🫶🏼

so blessed by this time. so proud of my friends. and so grateful for every beautiful woman who filled this room!!
