Still reflecting on how special Pace + Punch was. 🥊🏃‍♀️

We kicked off the morning with an incredible shadow boxing class led by our studio ambassador Jillian, followed by a run with our train ambassador Ernesto. Afterward, guests enjoyed a private shop, swag bags, door prizes, complimentary adjustments from Jared and Melissa at Peak Health, and coffee and treats generously provided by Tim Hortons.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped bring this event to life—our amazing ambassadors, the lululemon Southcentre team, Peak Health, Tim Hortons, Soma Spa, Brewsters, Kernels Popcorn, Jugo Juice, The Sweet Spot, Rocky Mountain Soap, and Southcentre Mall.

Events like this take a village, and I’m so grateful for every person who contributed their time, energy, and support. The best part wasn’t the event itself—it was the connections made, the community built, and seeing so many people come together for an incredible morning.

My heart is full. 💛 #PaceAndPunch #lululemonSouthcentre #communitywellness

All jokes aside strength is important! Here are a few exercises @thephysiomel recommends for runners! These exercises can be done for time (3 rounds of 30-60s) or reps (3 x 10-12). Save this routine for your next leg day! Runners need strength too

Turns out chiropractic care is a lot more than just “crack crack see ya next week” 😂

From adjustments and soft tissue work to rehab exercises, mobility, posture support and recovery plans 🤺

There are sooo many ways chiros can help depending on what your body actually needs 🤝 shoutout Dr. Jared for showing us different modalities!

@golongruncoaching 🤝 @jaredcantsitstill

Still reflecting on last weekend. It’s always fun to coach but it’s even better when you get to be there for their successes. The whole team showed up and showed out, I’m just thankful they take me along for the ride.
