Before Pilot Hugo became heavily associated with aviation, there were chapters like this.

Last year in Sandton, I had the opportunity to host an ecommerce seminar alongside Raymond Jamba and a room filled with people at different stages of building online businesses.

We spoke about the parts that matter beyond the screenshots: products, marketing, conversion, mistakes, systems and actually building something sustainable.

One thing I’ve learned across ecommerce, entrepreneurship and now aviation:

the right environment can completely change your trajectory.

Sunglasshut @sunglasshut step into summer with the next chapter of their #ownyourmoment campaign. This one carries weight. Literally there’s some serious heavyweights on that list but this one in particular caught our eye.

Fronting it is Amanda Du-Pont @amandadupont, entrepreneur, actress, and one of the most enduring names in the culture. She spent years building a name that moves beyond the screen building @lelive.africa as part of her reinvention, ownership, and staying power in an Industry that rarely allows for either.

As part of this chapter, Amanda Du-Pont has used her platform to spotlight Jared Flynn, an architect of furniture design whose talent speaks well beyond his years. A true moment-maker in the making. Jared is exactly the kind of name SINCEVEIN keeps an eye on. Watch the space.
