FEEL GOOD FLOW | 9.19.26 | Central Park

One of the best things NYC has done for me is the people that it brought into my life. Last Saturday I showed those people how much I love them by forcing them to do a kinda spicy yoga class in Central Park.

The assignment that I put out at the start of this class was to just do the thing that feels good as we flowed.

Take a sip of prosecco or bite of a bagel, lay tf down and ignore me, try a harder version of a move..

Just choose to feel good on the mat no matter what.

This is a mindset ive been practicing in real life and it was very fun (and chaotic in the best way) to see this crew put it into practice.

And all I know is the energy out there was incredible to me. Watching people from all different corners of my 15 years in NYC vibing together left my heart feeling full AF.

I still have a couple weeks left in the city but pinching myself that my little NYC bucket list journey has actually been this electric so far.

Thank you to everyone who came through yesterday and a special big thanks to my fam for helping all of this come together. Love you all 🫶🏼

Time to close it out!⚡️

nothing like i could have imagined

just way better

the freedom to explore

to run freely again

to be still

to take thirst traps

to dance

and push my boundaries

while still having some fun

and turning things upside down

im so grateful for family that feel like friends

+ friends that feel like family

only having to dress up 1 day per year

getting inked for the first time..

the chance to offer the world something different this year

and to confirm I like warm

way better than cold

looking forward to beating the drum that

you are enough

That’s a wrap y’all - just finished an almost 8 year run at @onepeloton

I think we can often slam a chapter shut and want to sprint off to the next one (me rn 🙋🏼) but I’m taking some time to slow down and reflect bc this was a crazy experience for me.

Here’s a few things I learned:

⚡️ I walked in as a little nervous financial analyst (pic in last slide) and walked out 8 years later somehow leading a $100M business, with lots of ups and downs in between. The takeaway is you are way more capable than you even realize and just need to give yourself some time to make it happen.

⚡️ Corporate jobs are always assumed to be boring and tedious but they don’t have to be - the more I treated coworkers like friends (and then actually became friends with them), the more we got peak vibes and output.

⚡️ Being able to be you at work is massive (not taking for granted that I could work out all the time, bleach my hair, go tarps off at HQ, etc)

⚡️ If you can get decent at what you do, just start helping people wherever you can and the rest will take care of itself.

⚡️ Any job you have is just temporary so always stay focused on learning a shit ton, challenging yourself, and building relationships that will last way beyond the job (this is your sign to go party with your coworkers)

⚡️ just because a job has been perfect for a long time, doesn’t mean it’s right forever. And it’s an important skill to be able to recognize that and act on it (again… me 🙋🏼)

Overall I am grateful AF for this time because it helped me grow and trust that I can handle a reset moment and this next chapter I am stepping into no matter what.

While I’m still figuring out exactly what that means - just want to say a massive thank you to my crew at PTON for everything in the meantime 🫶🏼
