POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Little throwback to this one 🔥

Back in March, we partnered with Kyle and worked on these hoodies for the athletes competing at the March Madness powerlifting meet at Infinite MMA.

This was one of those projects that was bigger than just printing hoodies.

You had athletes training hard.
People showing up for each other.
The gym packed with energy.

And we got to be a small part of it.

It’s crazy looking back at this now because Infinite has unfortunately closed its doors since then.

But moments like this are still worth posting.

Because it shows what local gyms, communities, and events can create when everyone comes together.

Big shoutout to everyone involved.

This one was a fun project to be part of 👊

Paused deadlifts have always been a lift I have struggled with. Very happy to say we are turning the corner!!!

This lift was a wonderful way to cap off an incredible weekend with my beautiful girlfriend @caffeine_queen_coaching .

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. God is so good! 💪✝️

12 weeks out….

Huge SBD Day at @infinite.maf, it was an honour to train with some National and World level lifters. That’s a privilege most do not get to experience when competing in a sport. Thankful to be around the elites of Canadian Powerlifting and absorb some of their energy.

Psalm 73:26—“My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.”
To be able to use my body in this matter, and test limits of strength is a privilege. One of which I am eternally grateful for. 💪✝️

This past weekend, Liam & the team made the long 5-hour trip to Goderich, Ontario. He stepped stepped on the mats for not just one but two tough matches, and walked away victorious in both, the double champ, taking both victories in overtime.
.
Absolute composure. Unshakable grit. Pure heart. Great decision making!
Liam, you did amazing. all the hard work you’ve put in really showed out there.
.
Proud of you, champ. ♾️🔥

Im so grateful for this gym community, I have so much respect for all of you. You've all become like family to me. ❤️

Getting coached and training properly is a decision that truly changed my life. I haven't seen this much improvement emotionally or physically in myself until I started lifting. This is truly an addiction that brings so much joy and allows you to meet incredible people.

We got our first comp coming up soon and training with these numbers is crazy, knowing that ill be able to lift more then these number for my first meet is amazing!
So thankful 🙏
