Also Brain - "nah fuck it I'm going for 150kms minimum"

This is what happens when you have proper solid people around you that believe in themselves & believe in YOU.

STANDARDS BEFORE COMFORT

The lads digging deep over the weekend with some huge performances. It’s always super inspiring seeing everyone hurt & hunt !!

That’s why running is such a humbling sport all shapes and sizes giving it their best shot on race day. You’re soon to see how many people are better than you, better prepared and having the race experience. Nonetheless this is all lessons on personal growth & performance how to become a better athlete. Take it and run !!

Excited to see all the progress in these men and can’t wait to see what results get put on the score board at the next event.

Thank you @gc50runfestival till next year 🫱🏽‍🫲🏾

365 days….

The team, community and standard has grown. It was tough out there everyone battling the head noise, niggles, injuries, the list of excuses and possible disappointment of not hitting their goal !!

But that’s what it is, it’s racing, it’s in life and you have the power to overcome the lows, the lessons and the pain !!

Some of the team and some of the lads we support executed on what they wanted and for that you should be proud… For the team and lads that didn’t you should also be fkn proud and now you know what needs to be done !!

We can’t thank you enough for the ongoing support, we hope you enjoy your refeed, get some well needed rest, put the feet up and soak it all in … You did that !! @gc50runfestival

Sunday 90

The team spent the morning a little different, we had the opportunity to get into @breatheperformance.au and connect, recovery and relax. Huge thank you Simon and being able to organise for us to have earlier access today we appreciate this opportunity and hope to continue to build a relationship for future endeavours.

1 week from @gc50runfestival this was definitely needed for all the lads hard work over this last 12 weeks and also the 2026 season !!

Last job left is to tame the taper week, arrive fresh and ready to give your best performance possible.

None of this happens with out every single team member, standard, relationship, communication and dedication.

Proud of what we have built but the jobs never done

Sunday 88

Attendance 22 ( biggest yet )
No new faces just returning team members
New facilities with new opportunities

Thank you to @ejkmh_ and @lskd for letting the team come through it was a pleasure and you have a great establishment!!

Big thanks to all the lads for showing up early again and picking standards over comfort, when 99% of people on Sunday are asleep. This isn’t possible without every piece of the puzzle being placed in its correct position, every team member doing their bit, all the networking / relationships built through time and effort and it also doesn’t happen without a STANDARD met !!

As the team grows we keep the culture strong, move with integrity, respect people and places but most of all put your hand up if you’re struggling with anything.
