I’m just a silly little snake 🐍

Clip from the dance concept video “disentangled”.

This piece was truly so special and pushed my boundaries both physically and mentally. Time and time again I am reminded why I want to be a professional dancer and this was one of those times. Thank you @danimaloneydance! You are one of a kind 💛

DMD Concept Video Intensive @danimaloneydance
This was my first CVI with @danimaloney and it was a transformation week for me, in dance and also just as a human. I am so grateful for the space that Dani creates for us and to be a part of her art. Thank you Dani. You are an amazing dancer, mentor, and human. #ballchange

Last week I got take @danimaloney @danimaloneydance intensive and concept video. It was a week of growth not just with dance, but also mentally and emotionally. I came back to Dance when I got sober as a part of my healing process and found so many missing pieces of myself. This week was truly about exploring myself in movement as a dancer and breaking down mental walls to allow my authentic voice to come out. I cried almost every day because of this beautiful release I felt through movement. It was an incredible experience that is now a part of my foundation as a dancer and a human.

Thank you so much @danimaloney for this experience of growth and love. I am forever grateful for your knowledge, mentorship, and you telling me I am enough.

And thank you to everyone in the intensive. Sharing this experience with you has been everything.

It may have been 98 degrees outside but it was still a fantastic time 😅. I was able to watch some of my favorite bands with my favorite sister 🥹😝

Swipe to the last slide for some hopeful words 💙
