had to give this night a permanent place on the feed.
the day i turned 26, the night i made my choreographic debut in new york. surrounded by family and friends, old and new. i walked away from this experience filled to the brim with gratitude. a word that continues to come to mind when I think back this night is ‘alignment’. i remember feeling so present and as a result, so fulfilled, and janet jackson’s bday falling on the day before this show felt too perfect to be a coincidence.

to my cast! i love, appreciate, and respect each and every one of you (as both fellow artists and friends) soooo much. so much talent and humility and beauty on one stage, it was an honor to share it with you!

also big love to my loved ones who came to support. seeing y’all’s faces in the crowd meant absolutely everything to me.

and lastly, a big thank you to @kingchuckaduck for creating this platform for aspiring young professionals and for your kind words of encouragement. i can’t wait to be back in October to celebrate #3years !!!

Anyway, I love Janet Jackson, I love dance, I love New York! Please enjoy this footaaage!

(missing some of it due to an unplanned blackout/technical difficulties 💔 but she’s still cute!)
