Grassroots is back 🌱
Ten years ago we started putting new Australian musicals in a room and hearing them read. In 2026, 30/30 does exactly that: six works, two each in Melbourne / Naarm, Sydney / Gadigal and Adelaide / Tarntanya. The first 30 minutes of your musical, read aloud, then 30 minutes of honest feedback from a panel chosen for the work.
It’s free to apply, free to take part, and we take no rights in your show. You don’t need a finished musical. You need the first 30 minutes and the appetite to keep going.

Goodbye yellow brick road 🌈🎈

Last week, our epic tour of Your Song came to a close after 7 tour locations, 19 performances, 125 community choir members, 25 kilos of confetti, 87 flights, 4830 kilometres and 1767 minutes of electrifying Elton magic.

Huge thanks to our incredible cast and crew for pouring their hearts and souls into this beautiful show and creating spectacular memories for audiences across the country.

This tour was made possible through the support of @artsqueensland - thank you for championing original Australian work made right here in Queensland!
