An incredible act of dedication and generosity from one of our own! 💙🐻

Meyers parent, Jason Bilek, raised $3,000 for our 5th grade field trip by snowboarding an amazing 63,000 vertical feet in ONE day at Kirkwood 🤯🏂

We are so grateful for your support and for going above and beyond for our students. This will help create unforgettable experiences for our 5th graders!

The Tahoe Splitfest returns this Friday-Sunday. This is a fun event that is a significant fundraiser for the Sierra Avalanche Center. Everyone is welcome for the evening programs. Check out their website for all the details but highlights include: equipment demos, snowpack discussions by SAC staff Friday and Saturday evenings, the great @kev_in_jones speaking on Saturday, local hero @canyonflorey showing the epic DIG film and sharing highlights, talks from @tahoebcalliance, @tahoebackcountryskipatrol discussing their backcountry radio initiative, options for a rescue class and guided tours, and an amazing raffle Saturday night. Swing by the SAC table grab a sticker and inquire about a mystery hut trip with SAC. This year an anonymous donor is matching the Tahoe Splitfest’s donation, so swing by and support your local avalanche center.

AK 2025: Week 8: Cordova with @pointsnorthheli (Apr 12-19)
Back in blowtown after the storm finally ended 😃
Only got a few days out there, but managed to tick off a big list of Chugach classics in really high-quality pow.
Rode to the very last minute of the last day of the PNH season, then straight to the airport to fly to Valdez 🛩️

When you were a Kid, what did you Dream about when you went to bed at night? For me, mostly I dreamt about skiing (ok surfing too). I know it may sound silly having started off skiing the Sand Dunes of NW Indiana (and surfing Lake Michigan). And yet, after college I became a Pro Ski Patroller in Breckenridge CO… Later on, became a Professional Photographer (20 years ago) - Skied all over the World, been on many many Mountain Tops - been in many Heli’s… But, there is one Exception ~ One Defining Experience that Tops all Others…

Yes, I’m talking about @pointsnorthheli - I can’t begin to tell you, the absolute awakening ~ the oneness with the mountains ~ And know I know, cliché after cliché… but I’m serious anytime spent with this crew in this environment. Will leave you a changed person.
and as Warren Miller once said, “If you don’t go this year, you’ll be a year older when you do!”
It has been said that your greatest success is never achieved alone, and that’s exactly what Points North provides in Spades ~ realizing all your dreams - trust me I’m not getting paid for this🤣🥳🍗
