9 years ago, a small team opened these doors with a vision, a high standard, and a whole lot of heart.

A restaurant is built over time - through people, passion, consistency, and care. Today, many of the people who were there from the very beginning are still here, shaping every service, every detail, every customer experience, and every moment that has made this restaurant what it is today.

To our OGs: thank you for carrying the spirit of COTE through every season, every challenge, every late night, and every celebration. Your dedication, pride, and love for hospitality are the foundation of this home.

And to our customers: thank you for growing with us over these past 9 years and continuing to gather around our table year after year. Your support has made every moment possible.

Here’s to the memories we’ve created together, and the many more still to come.

What we built here was never small. Opening teams only happen once. A moment in time, and I’m grateful I got to share it with this one.
