Also congratulations to all of my teammates who stepped out to compete. We had a lot of people who competed for the first time today. I'm lucky to have experience competing from high school wrestling but I know it takes a ton to go out there and I'm proud of everyone who did.

Got promoted tonight and reached another milestone. Sometimes I get so caught up in the work I forget to stop, smell the roses, and have some fun with it. It’s the in between where the development truly happens. I’m proud of this moment and I realize that I have a lot more to learn and conquer but I’m down for the ride….lows and highs! On Saturday, I won my first fight back in 2 years since becoming a mom & my last fight as a member of the Faglier’s MMA competition team ❤️‍🩹

First & foremost: praise be to God ☝🏻 I’m so grateful for the opportunities He continues to place in front of me, the strength He’s given me to keep pursuing this dream, & the people He’s placed in my life along the way 🤲🏻

Thank you to my corners @wallathemachine @jasonfaglierjr @jasonfaglier @jfsniper18 & every coach & training partner who has poured into me over the years. A huge thank you to my new team @mmamasters for welcoming me with open arms. I spent the majority of this camp on your mats, & I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who helped make sure I was ready when it was time to step in the cage. & thank you to @nfcfights & @shaynascalise for giving me the opportunity to compete & continue building my career.

& to @fagliersmma - I couldn’t have asked for a better way to close this chapter. So much of who I am today was shaped during my years training with you all, surrounded by people who became family. Walking away from my final fight representing this team with my hand raised feels like the perfect ending 💚

One chapter closed. A whole lot more to come 🥊❤️‍🔥
