Bench: 115 kg | 253.5 lbs (-2.5 kg ☠️)

Deadlift: 220 kg | 485 lbs (meet PR match)

Total: 532.5 kg | 1174 lbs (+7.5 kg)
BW: 59.6 kg | 131.35 lbs

A sincere thank you to everyone who showed support. By far the most difficult prep, but y’all made it worthwhile. Extra thank you to Hammy, Swae, and Dmo for handling + JT for driving + Molly for the PT help.

@bradcoolyard despite having to adjust the program one day after another, you somehow managed to put me in a position to PR the total. Truly shows how great you are at your craft. Couldn’t have asked for a better coach.

Into the retirement fr fr this time.? Probable 🤡 but won’t rule another one out since this meet was supposed to be my “last healthy” meet. For now, cheers to no more tracking macros and rehabbing 🍻🏂🥒🏀

IT WAS FUN RETURNING TO THE PLATFORM WITH @smolgainz MY 435 BROTHA AND @liftingleek MY 7/9 BROTHA 🤣💀🫡😈

Failed to execute for squats and apparently didn’t keep my feet flat on the ground for bench 😴😴😴 But all things considered, I’m very proud of myself for finally competing again. Learned a lot from this rough prep and I’m excited to get back to the grind.

@lowgaingoo thank you for your goated coaching and wisdom as always. Super thankful to have you in my corner

@tonggyukim Kim brotha handling is too lit and I’m so thankful for you for everything in the warmup room and while waiting to lift

@emilyyyy_no thank you for flying up to come watch and cheer me on and I’m always so thankful for your support 🧸❤️

@jtnmoney THANK YOU FOR RECORDING VERY NICE VIDEOS

And thank you to everyone who supported me at the meet and from afar

UNTIL NEXT TIME 🧌

Competed after a year hibernation, very fun and played it relatively conservative with attempts. No ATPR but all meet PRs which is a confidence builder. I appreciate all my lovely friends for showing up considering I didn’t tell anybody lmao. Also weighed in lighter than I’ve ever been at 145🫠

Squat: 2/3 172.5 kg/380 lbs (+2.5 kg meet PR, really wish I could’ve hit 396 on the platform but oh well)

Bench: 3/3 85 kg/186 lbs (+7.5 kg meet PR, win in my books considering I forgot how to bench for the past month)

Deads: 3/3 175 kg/386 lbs (+7.5 kg meet PR, if anyone knows me, me and deads have been big struggling for a while)

Total: 432.5 kg/954 lbs (+17.5 kg)
Dots: 454

2023 Raw Nats 🎉✅

I’ve been trying to recover from the fatigue and the feelings of being burnt out due to this meet prep. The competitive drive in me to overachieve and do well at my first national meet came with the cost of me creating an unhealthy relationship with food and lifting. I really needed some time to take a step back and reset to reflect on my priorities in life.

Even though I’m glad to say that it’s finally over, I really miss the process, especially after realizing that there’s an unknown amount of time left to keep doing this. I can’t thank @liftingleek and @ktran67kg enough for the unconditional support. Even though this prep was tough and the outcome wasn’t what we worked for, I can still celebrate and say it was worth it because of you guys.

Thank you as always to the rest of my powerlifting community. I don’t know if I would have the motivation to still be lifting without surrounding myself with such supportive friends.

It never gets easier but I’m excited to climb the mountain and improve myself again 🫡

2023 Raw Nationals
My first raw nats in Memphis, TN

Squat: 122.5 kg
Bench: 85 kg
Deadlift: 170 kg

Not much to say on squats and bench, just gotta do better lol. Deadlifts caught me by surprise though, an all time PR and my first time hitting 3 reds.

Thank you to everyone who helped me throughout my meet prep. I know I had a lot of ups and downs throughout the process but I am truly grateful for every single one of you that helped me get to the national stage with your support. Huge s/o to @ktran67kg for handling me and helping. And of course, thank you to my sensei @anasanbar, quack quack 🦆

Met a lot of amazing people this weekend and also got to reunite with my Seattle ppl 🥺❤️

Thank you everyone ☺️
