This version I created for the new @chefrichardknott CRK CHRISTMAS COMPETITION as this dish is about to compete against so many incredibly talented chefs on @instagram!

The purees remind me of a candy cane stripe which inspired me for a Christamas themed dish.

Competition begins today around 5pm PST, please vote for your favorite dish!! More details to come on my story.

The beautiful marbeling of the Wagyu, I was able to cut the Tri Tip into steaks, then sear which stayed so tender!!!
