Why Nash Native Team? ▪️

In a market that’s slowed down across Nashville (and with a seasonal cooldown on deck), the #1 thing a great listing agent has to do is simple: get feet in the door.

At Nash Native Team, we don’t wait for buyers to come to us - we bring them to you.

For our latest listing, @michelleknutson and @that_nash_native hosted an agent networking breakfast and pre-market broker’s open, generating buzz before the home ever hit the MLS.

✨ 40+ agents and buyers through the door in under 4 hours? That’s what we call Native. Local. Innovative.

Thinking about selling but worried your home won’t move in a slower market?

Let’s talk. We’ve got the playbook to make it happen.

Thankful for the birth of Rachel Koval and her wildly imaginative brain AND for a crew that leans in to whimsy, churns butter for competition, and rolls cabbage with their noggins. Cheers to an Amish inspired field day with friends.

Say hello to this charming home in the heart of East Nashville. 📍✨

Built in 1910 and recently updated, this home is steps from both Lockeland Springs and the best restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife in the area. Upon entering, you are greeted by the warmth of the original oak hardwood floors that flow seamlessly throughout the home. The chef’s kitchen is a culinary enthusiast’s dream. The living area and sunroom is anchored by a cozy wood burning stone fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings. Retreat to the primary ensuite, complete with a walk-in shower and double sinks.

On the main level is a lockout rental unit with a bedroom, kitchenette, den, and full bathroom–perfect for an in-law suite, an au-pair, or as a rental. Separate entrances for the lockout suite from the main home provide extra privacy for you and your guests. This residence provides ample space, a fully encapsulated basement, and an added DADU over the two-car garage with a bedroom and bathroom. You have to see this home in person! 😍
