The California Cycle Path crew absolutely CONQUERED the Murph workout this weekend and we couldn’t be more proud. From the first rep to the final mile, every athlete showed grit, heart, and determination. 🔥

Huge shoutout to Coach Laren & Morgan for leading an incredible event and keeping everyone motivated every step of the way 👏

And congratulations to DJ, Jason & Shareen for taking the 1️⃣ 2️⃣ 3️⃣ spots on the podium 🏆

Tough workout. Strong community. Even bigger purpose.

Because of YOU, we raised 💥 $500 for Pets for Vets 💥 helping support veterans and rescue animals alike ❤️🐶

Proof that fitness can change lives both inside and outside the gym.

Drop a 💪 in the comments if you survived Murph weekend or tag someone who crushed it with you. #murph #grit #determination #congratulations #petsforvets

Meet the Row Crew 🚣‍♂️🔥

Not just early mornings and strong pulls — this is grit, sweat, and a crew that shows up when the alarm hits way too early. Different paces, different goals, one rhythm on the water (or the rower).

We push harder, laugh louder, and somehow leave every session stronger than we came in. #introduction #crew #grit #sweat #row

Feels Good to Be a Part of a Fitness Community That Lifts More Than Just Weights

It’s one thing to show up for yourself, but it’s something truly special when a community comes together to support a cause greater than us all. The California Cycle Path crew came together in such an amazing way to raise awareness and funds for Children’s Cancer Research.

Together, we took on spin, bootcamp, and boxing classes, and through the sweat and effort, we raised $780 for @stbaldricks . 💪❤️ @baldoftheball

This is what community is all about—lifting each other up, both in and out of the gym. So proud to be a part of this group and to make a difference together. Here’s to many more workouts that give back! #strongertogether #community #feelsgood #fitnesscommunity #liftothersup #supportacause #amazing #raiseawareness #funds #childrenscancerresearch #childrenscancer #spin #bootcamp #boxing #gym #makeadifference #workouts #giveback
