We are so incredibly proud of our Wall of Honor in the kitchen at Andiamo Lodge.
From the very beginning, we’ve had the privilege of welcoming extraordinary guest chefs into our kitchen — from a UK MasterChef and James Beard Award winners to cookbook authors, culinary creatives, and like-minded souls who simply love bringing people together around an unforgettable table The Andiamo Table
Each one has left a little piece of their story here, and together they’ve helped us create some truly magical experiences for our guests.
And we’re just getting started.
Our fall lineup is AMAZING, with incredible culinary weekends, creative experiences, inspiring guests, beautiful meals, and plenty of Andiamo magic along the way.
Come see what we have planned — check out our website and find the experience that’s calling your name.

It’s just been a couple of days since Master Chef @jasonpalin headed back to the Uk .
For me it’s never goodbye… just see you soon to our dear friend .
Jason has been part of the Andiamo story long before the Lodge existed—back to the Studio b days in Alys Beach, where our creative paths first crossed and a beautiful friendship began. Since then, he’s brought his extraordinary talent, generous spirit, and signature humor to Andiamo, making every retreat, workshop, and dinner unforgettable.
Petey is already missing his Uncle J—his morning porch buddy, secret snack giver, and official lodge cuddler.
I will miss the kitchen dance parties, the late-night planning sessions, and of course, the magic you create on a plate. But we’re already dreaming about your return to Andiamo Lodge—and hint hint—we’re cooking up some travel adventures abroad together, too. Stay tuned.
Safe travels, Chef @crabbystevesbarandgrill and I miss you already. The UK just got a whole lot tastier.

Our hearts are so full after the dreamiest overnight Pottery Retreat at @andiamolodge 🫶🏻!
‌
The food was outstanding, the setting inspiring, and this truly was THE perfect group to create, connect, and unwind with. We laughed, made new friendships, and already can’t wait to do it again. 💫💛
‌
@andiamolodge is first class in hospitality and every detail of our stay was perfection👌🏻. Thank you @colleenduffleyproductions for dreaming up such a magical event with us and providing the most beautiful background to create, refresh and just be. And thank you chef @jasonpalin for making sure we were SO well fed with such a beautiful and delicious spread, it was a treat for all of us!
‌
Stay tuned for our next Pottery Retreat together coming this fall🍁…

At the Andiamo Table, folks come as strangers and leave as friends. We’ve watched guests meet for the first time here, then return together for another stay.
That’s the magic of this place. It’s one of the things I’m most proud of.
When people ask about the Andiamo guest “demographic,” I smile and say: they’re interested and interesting.
Creative souls. Curious minds. Kind hearts.
It’s my joy to connect like-minded folks through a shared love of food, design, meaningful conversation, and thoughtful details.
Pull up a chair—there’s always room for one more at the Andiamo Table.

Meet Our Cover Boy: Petey 🐶

Petey didn’t just come into our lives—he found us. And from that day on, he’s been our loyal protector, best friend, and the unofficial (okay, official) mascot of Andiamo Lodge.

Guests fall in love with him the moment they arrive. Whether he’s greeting them at the door, lounging like a king on the porch, perching as a gargoyle or sneaking into photoshoots, Petey brings joy, calm, and just the right amount of sass. He has a way of knowing who needs a nudge of comfort or a tail-wag of welcome.

We joke that people follow Petey on social media more than they follow us—and honestly, we don’t blame them. He’s handsome, hilarious, and has a nose for good lighting. 🧡. He is his mamas son

Here’s to our cover boy, house ambassador, and heart-stealer. We wouldn’t be Andiamo without you. Please pass on and give Petey and @andiamolodge a follow. Thank you @ediblenashtn for loving our Petey 🧡
