We’ve been fortunate enough to be able to work with our incredible storyboard artist Jason Brown on ‘The Pretender’.

Jason has been working hard with the team, putting e-pen to digital-paper and helping visualise the style, framing and overall look of ‘The Pretender’ through his stunning artwork.
Here are some early concept storyboards from earlier in the year.

‘3 6 5’ **OFFICIAL ONLINE RELEASE - THIS FRIDAY 13TH MARCH 2026**

***

It’s crazy how fast 2 years and 1 month can fly by…

What an immense 2 plus years journey it’s been, and even longer since first writing the words of poetry way back in secondary school. The poem always remained but the script only really came to fruition late 2023 when Director @matt_sedgley, Director of Photography @yonatantiruneh and Movement Director @lauren_shirley1 were up for bringing this little story to life with creativity and an experimental lens (and 4 retro TV screens).

To see this little film of anxiety driven poetry and mental health go on to play at festivals and on cinema screens over the last year, has been such an amazing experience. I’m forever grateful to the experiences and opportunities that have come from making this project. Making this has also solidified the beginnings as a Writer/Producer.

Once again a HUGE THANK YOU to the most wonderful cast and crew and everyone for all the support for this film along the ways.

So, as a little love letter to someone who needs to hear that you are never alone… please check out ‘3 6 5’ when it lands on YouTube this Friday: www.youtube.com/watch?v=tZgYnx7I1sA (and link in bio)
