Happy Father’s Day!

If you’ve been blessed to be called “Dad,” love a little harder today. If you’ve been blessed with a father, hold him a little tighter.

And if life gave you a different path, know this:

Family is built by love, not just by blood.

As the father of three incredible boys, I don’t take a single day for granted. There is no title I will ever hold that’s greater than Dad.

To love them, guide them, encourage their dreams, challenge them to become the very best version of themselves, and prepare them to walk through this world with integrity, humility, compassion, faith, and purpose… has been the greatest privilege and blessing of my life.

I didn’t grow up with a perfect example of fatherhood. I know what it’s like to feel the absence of a father. But I was blessed with extraordinary grandfathers, uncles, mentors, and men who stepped into my life. They taught me, by the way they lived, what strength, character, sacrifice, and unconditional love truly look like.

In time, I chose forgiveness over resentment. I realized that my father’s absence didn’t have to define my life - it could inspire it.

You don’t have to come from a great father to become one. Sometimes the greatest fathers are the men who grew up determined to give their children what they themselves never had.

My father gave me life. My MOM was / is the ROCK!
My grandfathers and mentors showed me how to live it.

My sons gave me the opportunity to become the father I always hoped I would be.

May every child find someone who believes in them, stands beside them, and reminds them they are never alone.

That’s the heart of fatherhood.

To all my friends… the fathers, stepfathers, grandfathers, mentors, coaches, and every man who chooses to show up when it matters most -
I thank you.

Our greatest legacy will never be the wealth we accumulate, the careers we build, or the recognition we receive.

It will always be the lives we shape, the character we instill, and the love we leave behind.

LOVE your children well.
LEAD by example.
FORGIVE often.

And never underestimate the power of simply being there.

God Bless You All.

Here’s to another year older, and my heart has never been more full. ❤️ The only thing missing is my youngest, Landan, who left for his camp adventure this morning! Incredibly grateful for my beautiful family, friends and all the love I’ve received! Hears to many more🕺🏻🥳❤️#jcl

Motherhood taught me that love is not measured in miles. Sometimes life takes turns we didn’t choose , it simply happens, and we adapt, we rise, we find a way to make it work. What remains constant through all of it is the thread that connects a mother to her children, invisible, unbreakable, and untouched by distance or circumstance. Today I celebrate that thread. I celebrate them. And I celebrate every woman navigating motherhood with grace through the unexpected, trusting that when love is real, nothing can dim it.
Happy Mother’s Day. 🤍

The day you were born… everything changed. In that moment, I became your father and my greatest journey began.

From holding you in my arms… to holding on through every stage of life…
Watching you grow, learn, fall, rise… and become your own man.

Every laugh, every lesson, every moment, we built this bond.
Now here we are… 19 years later.
And I couldn’t be more proud of the man you’re becoming.

Happy Birthday, son!!!
I love you!!

My baby is 19. My FIRST baby. The one who turned me into a mother and changed everything. ♥️
I am so incredibly proud of you, not in a “look at all your achievements” way, although those matter too but proud of your heart. Proud of how kind you are. Proud of how you make everyone laugh without even trying. Proud of the way you move through the world as yourself, no apologies.
And this year? You just finished your first year of college. I watched you do that from across the ocean and I cannot tell you how proud that makes me. The distance is not easy, it is never easy, but you are out there doing the work, figuring life out.
Sweet, funny, goofy, and so much more than you even know yet.
Happy birthday my love. I am counting down to the days I get to see you and celebrate you. I love you more than any distance can change. ♥️
P.S. I picked your song choice 😅🎂♥️
