You can have the most beautiful workout written on paper, or the most basic workout done alongside a group of absolute savages.

I’ll take the basic workout every time.

The intensity, energy, and people you surround yourself with will always outweigh how perfect a program looks on paper.

Weak men create more weak men.

Every day, young men are told to avoid hardship, lower their standards, chase validation, and blame everyone else for their problems. Then people wonder why so many feel lost.

Young men don’t need influencers who make excuses—they need role models who embody discipline, strength, responsibility, and integrity.

You don’t earn the right to lead by talking. You earn it by living in a way that others respect enough to follow.

That’s why I take my fitness, mindset, and character seriously. Not because it’s about looking good, but because you can’t inspire strength if you don’t practice it yourself.

Agree or disagree: Can a man lead others if he hasn’t first mastered himself?

If you’re not taking a nap at the end of hip thrusts, what are you doing? Them wrong… in my opinion. Hold that extension and hold that squeeze. This was for as long as I could just ended up being 10 seconds.
