I’ve put together a video featuring some intermediate skills and dismounts to help give you an idea of what’s possible. This isn’t an exhaustive list, and you definitely don’t need to stick to these examples!

Get creative, show off your strengths, and put your own spin on your routine. We can’t wait to see what everyone comes up with! 🔥💪

Tag your teammates, start planning, and get those entries ready! 🚀

🔥 CLUB COED – SESSION ONE 🔥

What a way to kick things off. 👏

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to our first Club COED session. Whether you were working on foundations, pushing for new skills, or helping others level up, the effort and energy in the room did not go unnoticed.

Seeing athletes from different backgrounds come together with the same goal—to improve, learn, and challenge themselves—was exactly what Club COED was created for.

There was plenty of hard work, lots of progress, and some incredible moments throughout the session. This is only the beginning, and we’re excited to see what everyone achieves in the weeks ahead. 🚀

Thank you for trusting the process, supporting each other, and helping make the first session such a success.

We’re already looking forward to the next session. 👊
