Once the ball’s in my hand, I can’t stop to pull a mouthguard out. That’s when my teammates need to hear me.

I had to take out other mouth guards to talk. @trufit_customs stays in, so I can still direct them during the play and stay protected.

One day she’ll look back and remember that this is the field where it all began.

At Houston United Girls Flag Football League, we’re opening doors and creating opportunities for girls throughout the Houston area to learn and grow in the game. We’re proud to be Houston’s first all girls NFL Flag league, serving ages 6 through high school seniors.

Our fall season runs through October 17th. You can find us on the field Saturdays at Houston Christian High School.
