Before you touch a heavy weight… warm your body up first 👏🏾

Stretching & a proper warmup can help you:
• Increase blood flow to your muscles
• Improve mobility & range of motion
• Prepare your joints for the movements ahead
• Help you feel more controlled & comfortable during the lift
• Get your muscles ready to actually WORK

You don’t need 20 min of stretching either 😭 A few minutes of dynamic movement is enough to tell a difference.

Plus, stretching with your gym bestie gives you time to yap before y’all start fighting for your lives on leg day 😂

Go until your legs fall off 😂

JK. 5 reps for 4 sets!
Down. Left. Down. Right. Down. Is ONE. We used a 50lb dumbbell but honestly any weight is great! 😉

Try it out with a friend ❤️ send to someone who’s gonna do it with you!

Most people won’t show up… will you? 👀

Houston will wait 45 minutes for brunch…
2 hours for Turkey Leg Hut…
but suddenly get “busy” when it’s time to learn a skill 😭

Meanwhile, the people actually pulling up are learning how to make money from their phone 💻📈

Comment or DM “DAY PASS” to pull up.

A look into Sundays leg day. Only thing not recorded is cardio 💃🏽 ft my leg day partner @javiaaa_

Breakdown ⬇️
Barbell back squats 4x 10,8,4,8
Bstance V Squat 4x 6-8/leg
Rdl 4x 10
Walking lunges 3x 8-10/leg
Deficit sumo 3x 10-12
Abs 100 reps

Lotta load on the legs. Finish with steady state cardio (walking)

I 100% believe weight lifting should be accompanied by some form of conditioning/cardio. Let’s not skip that part.

Save for later 💃🏽💃🏽 message or comment if you need substitutes.
