Here’s the upper-body session I ran with my client Javier 👇🏽

A SERIES — Vertical Push + Pull | Strength Focus

A1. Barbell Overhead Press — 6 sets: 8-6-4-4-6-8
A2. Weighted Pull-Ups — 6 sets: 8-6-4-4-6-8

Perform A1 → A2, then rest 2–3 minutes before repeating.

The goal here is simple: as the reps come down, increase the load. Then reduce the load as the reps climb back up.

Keep the reps clean and leave roughly 1–2 reps in reserve.

B SERIES — Horizontal Push + Pull | Volume

B1. Dumbbell Bench Press — 4 × 8
B2. Seated Cable Row — 4 × 8

Rest 90–120 sec after each round.

We already trained vertical pushing and pulling, so now we add volume through the horizontal plane.

C SERIES — Arms | Additional Volume

C1. Cable Biceps Curl — 3 × 12
C2. Cable Triceps Extension — 3 × 12

Rest 60–90 sec after each round.

Keep these controlled and take the final few reps close to failure.

The structure is what matters:

Heavy vertical push + pull → horizontal volume → targeted arm work.

To say I loved every moment of this night is an understatement. 💗✨

A birthday fiesta filled with dancing, the FSU war chant @sepidehfl 🎶 incredible Mexican food, a wish tree, and looking out into a sea of smiling faces I love so much. 💗

Getting to celebrate — and share these moments with such special people — truly meant the world to me. The laughter, the music, the energy, the magic of it all… it’s a night I’ll never forget. 💗✨

Thank you 🙏💗✨
