PART 1: What’s that 1 muscle group on a man/woman that makes you say damnnnn⁉️
•
But first, comment below what your pick is 💪🏾
•
The gym bros and the gym mami’s are speaking out about their favorite muscle groups! Every guy that I asked said back except for 1. And honestly I agree!
•
A woman with a toned back is a sign of a woman who is disciplined in her fitness and balanced in her workouts. She isn’t only hitting the gym doing glutes. A sexy back is built, sculpted over time. Unbig that back mama!
•
Drop a 💪🏾 if you want PART 2!

in 365 days,
we get to tell so many stories.
today, i think im stuck on one.
i got a text about this thing
in hermann park sometime last march.
a friend from college texted me
and asked me to show up
for this show she was about to start.

i put my dog on a leash,
wore black on black (that’s my thing),
and made my way to a big patch
covered in fine dirt and new grass,
and i sat my ass right in the front.

saw so many new faces
that are now accompanied by names
and traits i love in the itty bitty
yearbook in my mind.

little did i know
after that show
that thing she started
would become a story
where she and i both
wrote the lines.

We are BLACK MEN!..... We build .... We don't tear down other BLACK MEN! ....I have felt the pain of being torn down and I have decided I will be deliberate about building others! If I didn't tag you, please don't be offended. I tried to pick people I thought would do this challenge!! All too often, we men find it easier to criticize each other, instead of building each other up. With all the negativity going around let's do something positive!!🌟 Upload 1 picture of yourself...ONLY you. Then tag as many brothers to do the same. 🖤🖤COPY AND PASTE ❤️❤️
If I TAGGED YOU, DON’T DISAPPOINT ME!
