“We cannot always build the future for our youth, but we can build our youth for the future.”

Hope for Tomorrow reminded us just how valuable it is to create spaces where young people feel seen, heard, and supported. Every conversation, shared experience, and connection was a reminder that showing up for our youth today can make a lasting difference tomorrow.

The conversations don’t end here, and neither does the work.

Until next time, see you at Hope for Tomorrow 2027. 💛

💗 BRCAStrong is MORE than BRCA. It’s MORE than my personal story. It’s about ALL of us. 🦋

What started from my own journey as a BRCA2 previvor has grown into a mission so much bigger than I ever imagined.

Our Education That Empowers Summit was a powerful reminder of WHY we do what we do.

🎤 Incredible speakers who shared knowledge, research, personal experiences, and conversations that matter.

💗 Previvors, survivors, thrivers, caregivers, medical professionals, advocates, and community partners coming together with ONE purpose: EDUCATION, EMPOWERMENT & COMMUNITY.

Because BRCAStrong isn't just about a genetic mutation. It's about breast and gynecological cancers, prevention, survivorship, mental health, body image, menopause, and the conversations that too often go unheard.

My story may have started BRCAStrong, but YOUR stories are what keep this mission growing.

We are not here just to host events. We are here to create conversations, build connections, break barriers, and make sure no one walks their journey alone.

To every speaker, sponsor, volunteer, partner, and attendee who showed up — THANK YOU. You are the heart of this community.

This is what happens when education meets purpose and community becomes action. 💗

🦋 More than BRCA. More than awareness. More than one story. THIS IS BRCAStrong.

💗 WHEN COMMUNITY, COURAGE amp; CONVERSATION COME TOGETHER, CHANGE HAPPENS!

🦋BRCAStrong is making headlines! BRCAStrong

📰✨Thank you to The Rich Reporter for shining a spotlight on our 2026 Education That Empowers Summit amp; Luncheon! What started as my personal journey as a BRCA2 previvor has grown into a movement built on education, advocacy, prevention, and COMMUNITY.

This event was never just about bringing people into a room. It was about creating a space where previvors, survivors, thrivers, medical professionals, and advocates could come together, share their stories, have the difficult conversations, and leave feeling empowered.

💗 Because education is power. Knowledge saves lives. And community changes lives. As the founder of BRCAStrong, I am reminded every day that our mission is bigger than any one person.

It's about the people we reach, the conversations we start, and the lives we impact. We are not here for the likes. We are here for the PEOPLE. Community over competition. ALWAYS.

🦋Thank you to everyone who continues to believe in our mission and helps us turn pain into purpose.📰

I had the incredible honor of leading a breakout session at the 3rd Annual Hope for Tomorrow Summit, presented by @drdelvena of @drtbrainlovefoundation, and with partnership of @udonishaslemfoundation hosted by @jawannbc6! 🙌🏾💚

My session, “The Social Side of Food,” explored how our friends, family, culture, and social media influence what we eat and the decisions we make every day.

One of my favorite moments was our interactive activity on groupthink and food choices! Students got to see firsthand how easy it can be to follow the crowd, even when we have different opinions or preferences.

We talked about the importance of thinking for ourselves, being confident in our choices, and learning how to navigate situations where our decisions may look different from everyone else’s.

Because the lesson goes beyond food. It’s about knowing what influences you, trusting your own voice, and understanding that you don’t always have to follow the crowd.

Thank you for creating spaces where young people can learn, connect, and grow!

💗 This is why we do what we do.

The 2026 BRCAStrong Summit: Education That Empowers was created to be more than an event. It was a day centered on education, meaningful conversations, powerful stories, and bringing our community together to learn, connect, and feel supported.

Hearing that someone walked away having learned something new, feeling moved by the speakers, and wishing they had experienced even more of the educational programming is exactly the kind of impact we hope to create.

To everyone who joined us, shared their story, asked questions, listened, learned, and showed up for this community: thank you for making the 2026 BRCAStrong Summit what it was. 💗

This is what BRCAStrong is all about: education that empowers, community that supports, and making sure no one has to navigate this journey alone.

Awareness matters. But what we do with that awareness matters even more. 💗

The 2026 BRCAStrong Summit brought survivors, caregivers, advocates and medical voices together with a shared purpose: turning education into action, questions into conversations, and connection into community.

Bringing Candid with Claudia beyond the studio gave us the opportunity to listen to so many sides of the cancer experience—and to continue conversations that shouldn’t end when an event does.

As a survivor myself, I know how important it is to have access to knowledge, support and people who remind you that you don’t have to navigate the journey alone.

Tracy, thank you for taking your own experiences and continuing to build something that educates, encourages and brings people together. 🤍

Because awareness is only the beginning. What we do with it is where impact begins.

My heart is FULL. 💗🦋

Looking back at our 2026 BRCAStrong Education That Empowers Summit, I’m still trying to put into words what this day meant to me.

What started as pain became purpose. What started as one family’s journey became a community of previvors, survivors, thrivers, caregivers, physicians, advocates, and families coming together under one roof to learn, connect, and remind each other that no one should navigate this journey alone.

We talked about the things that matter — genetics, prevention, high-risk surveillance, breast cancer, menopause, sexual health, mental health, body image, survivorship, and previvorship. We had real conversations. We shared real stories. We laughed, cried, learned, and connected.

Seeing my daughter stand beside me and witnessing the mission she helped create at just 6½ years old continue to grow was a full-circle moment I will never forget.

To every speaker, physician, sponsor, partner, volunteer, vendor, survivor, previvor, thriver, caregiver, and person who walked through those doors: THANK YOU. You made this day what it was.

BRCAStrong has always been about more than BRCA. It’s about giving people knowledge, resources, community, and HOPE.

This is what Education That Empowers looks like.
And we are just getting started. 🦋

My heart is full. My purpose is stronger than ever.
