All summer, no shortcuts. 💪💪🏿

Noah and Jaxon put in the work — and now it’s showing up where it matters: on the basketball court.

This summer wasn’t about one skill. It was about building complete athletes from the ground up:

🔹 **Strength** — the foundation everything else is built on. Stronger muscles and connective tissue mean more force production, better body control, and fewer injuries when the game gets physical.

🔹 **Power** — strength is useless if you can’t apply it fast. Power is how strength translates onto the hardwood — explosive first steps, higher verticals, quicker reactions off the ball.

🔹 **Speed** — the separator. When two players are equally skilled, the faster one wins the race to the rebound, the loose ball, the open lane.

The result? You can see it in how they move now — faster, stronger, more explosive, more confident. That’s the transfer from the gym to the game.

Proud of the work these two put in this summer. This is just the beginning. 🏀🔥

Our Greatest Glory Is Not In Never Falling But In Rising Every Time We Fall 🦾

Game play improves the cognitive, physical, social, and emotional well-being of children….
Development is huge in game play.
Drills and practices are good for tuning the skills but executing the skills during the pressure of game play is where the development comes out.
win together ~ lose together

From sitting on the bench….! “Look at you now”

Giving every child a chance to reach their full potential is the best work anyone can do. 🏀

Thanks to the #friends, #family and #coaches who believe in him 🤍 #blessed 🙏🏽
