🥈 2nd place MileHiTour Stop #2

Had a great day of bowling today qualifying for junior gold 2026 and getting another 2nd place for mile hi.

Made cut in 3rd on a rough pattern and after 3 more games I got the 4 seed for the stepladder.

Ran the stepladder up to the title match and unfortunately lost to @jaxson.gartn, congrats to him on a great day and some good bowling recently.

1st Place @bowlerdepot Baker Doubles! 🥇

Me and @dom.henderson300 bowled in the Bowlers Depot junior bakers tournament today and took home the dub! 🏆

We qualified as the 1 seed for a 4 team bracket and faced @yojaxsonn and @milesnamvong for our first match, and won that to move on to the title match.

In the title match we bowled against roninrivera and @raiderthebowler, winning 389-319 to claim the title. (2 games total pinfall)

Pattern: PBA Jr. Bill O’Neil 36’ (2:1, 27 mils)
Balls thrown: @hammerbowling BPU ⚫️ 🔨

Super fun tournament after a week long break, mile hi championship stop is tomorrow. Going to take this momentum from today and hopefully claim my first singles title!

4th place junior masters 🏆
after 14 LONG games, i managed to pull away with a 4th place finish today averaging 210

the pattern for today was great wall of china, 5:1 48ft 23 mils.
I qualified 7th at +75 (153,236,225,204,214,243)

Format after qualifying was double elimination matchplay, and for you match you bowl 2 games and total pin fall wins.

1st match I bowled @gavin_finley08 and won 413-373, keeping me alive in the winners bracket. (202,211)

2nd match I moved onto face @yojaxsonn and lost 460-462. (236,224)

3rd match I was bumped into the losers bracket, and won against Braydin Mohr 414-401. (213,201)

For my 4th and final match I bowled @raiderthebowler and unfortunately lost 384-396, putting an end to my day. (194,190)

Great day overall took the step up to the higher division and bowled against some of the best bowlers in Colorado.

After finally being able to get some sleep and take this weekend in, here we are now, end of high school bowling for me.
First, I was able to have the opportunity to announce my commitment to attend Belmont Abbey College in the fall to continue my academic and athletic career. I would love to thank everyone who’s been behind me supporting me, my family, specifically my parents who have been nothing but supportive, as well as the bowling family, who have all pushed me to get to where I am today, thank you so much. On top of that, all the coaches who have helped me get here, my dad, Antonio, Mark, Aaron, Gideon, I couldn’t have done this without you all. Thank you and GO CRUSADERS!!!
Now to the actual tournament, we started off accepting our medals for conference champions of the North Central Conference, before deciding we didn’t want to play with anyone, and ultimately ending up leading the field behind some incredible bowling from our team, with Drew shooting his first 300 and us combining for sets of more than 1500 all of the last three! Unfortunately we didn’t get the result we wanted in the title match, losing to Team Tenback, congratulations to all of them on their amazing bowling this weekend.
Then during singles, I went +57 for 5 games with a little bit of a rocky end to the block, before going 697 for the next three to shoot myself into 4th place, watching my good friend Gavin shoot his first 300 as well! Unfortunately the bracket wasn’t very nice, and I struggled to find a look, ultimately losing to Ronin, ending my run at the 2024 CHSBF State Tournament.
I did get to see another good friend of mine, Tyler, win state singles, on top of his win on Saturday during team, which was awesome.
But, high school bowling, it was a ride, but I have to leave now, I’m headed to collegiate.

Yesterday I was able to get my first mile hi win of 2024! I can’t wait to see what the rest of the year holds!
