We closed out the year the right way, together.

This year, we hosted our first official Home Care Placement holiday party aboard the Hornblower in downtown San Diego, celebrating an incredible year with our internal team, amazing views, and lots of laughter.

90% growth in one year — made possible by the dedication, grit, and heart of our team across every branch. This night was about honoring the people behind the progress.

Grateful for a team that shows up every day for our clients, caregivers, and each other. Here’s to continued growth, shared wins, and an even bigger year ahead.

🌟 Welcome to the Team, Kiana Carlos! 🌟

We’re excited to welcome Kiana as our new Talent Support Specialist in the Irvine branch! 🧡

Kiana is an Orange County native who loves spending her time in the sun. She’s played soccer most of her life and continues to play in adult leagues for fun.
With a heart for helping others, Kiana brings a passion for people and organizational growth to her role at Home Care Placement. A graduate of California State University, Long Beach, with volunteer experience at the American Red Cross disaster prep team, she built a strong foundation in supporting others during critical moments.

Her interest in human resources and love for the elder community led her to HCP, where she will be a tremendous asset as Talent Support Specialist—recruiting, onboarding, and supporting caregivers so families receive the highest quality of care.

Home Care Placement’s Torrance Branch has been on an incredible journey over the last 6 months, and we are thrilled with the progress we’ve made!

🔸 Fastest Growing Office: Torrance is leading the charge with weekly hour benchmarks growing faster than any other office.

🔸 Passed State Audit: We successfully passed our state audit with flying colors, with zero defficenies.

🔸 5-Star Reviews: Our clients continue to show their appreciation, with the office consistently earning all 5-star reviews on Google and Yelp for our exceptional care.

🔸 80 Caregivers Hired: We've welcomed 80 new caregivers to our team, all committed to providing top-quality support to our clients.

🔸 New Talent on Board: We’re excited to have Manahill Khan as part of our team—her dedication and hard work continue to drive our success. We’re also currently hiring for a new Talent Support Specialist to continue strengthening our growing team!

🔸 On Track for Continued Growth: With a growing team and expanding client base, we’re on the path to even greater success in the months ahead.
