Stop trying to feel “locked in.”

You know those days where everything clicks?

You’re loose.

Fast.

Confident.

You’re not thinking.

You’re just riding.

The problem starts when you spend the next race trying to recreate that exact feeling.

“Do I feel ready yet?”

“Am I locked in?”

“Why don’t I feel like last weekend?”

Now you’re in your own head.

You don’t need to feel perfect to ride well.

If you’re nervous, notice it.

If the track has you uncomfortable, take a breath.

Then come back to what you can control.

This corner.
This line.
This breath.

Practice is where you work on things.

Race day is where you trust the work.

And don’t forget to have fun.

Ride with your friends.

Session cool spots.

Be grateful you get to ride a dirt bike.

The more you stop trying to force flow, the easier it is to find.

Do the best you can and ride what’s in front of you.

What helps you get out of your own head before a race? 👇
