We are so excited to announce that we will be transitioning into a consistent pace this fall, doing an 8-week study on the book: Holy and Hormonal by @kimgargano_ @holyandhormonal .

We have always made it the goal to host with intention, and be transformed by the word of God, touching on topics that aren’t talked about enough.

We want to provide the space for girls to encounter the Lords breakthrough and wisdom on topics that many feel alone in.

Journey with us through this book, and prepare to receive insight on:

•Our cycles, and the effect it can have on our heart, mind, and health

•How to incorporate daily spiritual practices to live in harmony with Christ, through these phases.

•Putting Christ at the center of our health through biblical teachings

•Allow the Lord to lead us through each phase of our cycle

•Sisterhood and Community

and so much more..we don’t want to spoil 🥹🤍

“That has been the biggest prayer with this book, with my podcast, and with this ministry: that woman feel less alone, less crazy, and a little more in love with their body and the One who created it” -Kim Gargano

We encourage you to join us for an 8-week commitment starting September 15th, 2026—November 3rd, 2026 🤍

Along with a space to reflect and talk about our reading for the week, we will also allow time for fellowship and fall activities to delight in the season the Lord will be leading us through.

Registration is required and we will encourage girls to order there own books which can be found on Amazon or Target websites.

Please have your book ordered and ready with you by September 15th.

You can access the link to register for the book club in our bio!! Please fill out the form as soon as possible.
