No, it’s not #ThrowbackThursday or #FlashbackFriday, but I’ve been sitting with the last 30 days (the last bit of March + coming into the last days of April), and feeling an overwhelming sense of gratitude.

I feel blessed and privileged to have so much consistency when it comes to opportunities that I am aligned with.

I know it seems like I am juggling so much but the reality is there's no juggling involved when things come to you in a divine manner.

This is divine flow.

For me, there is always time AND energy for each thing and very little stress is involved in the processes of envisioning, creating and implementing because it's all coming from divine source and I LOVE what I do.

Whether I’m in the classroom guiding little ones through breath and movement, holding space in studio classes or workshops, or showing up in community and institutional space, I feel fulfilled because this work IS heart work; my purpose, my passion and an expression of my actual life.

March and April brought so many affirmations and quiet confirmations.

Thank you, God / Universe.

Thank you, community.

Thank you, clarity.

We’re passing the mic, and we couldn’t be more excited! 💖 Our young leaders are stepping into the spotlight as moderators of our panel discussions. These incredible young women will not only guide the conversation, they’ll be the ones asking the important questions, shaping the dialogue, and sparking real learning. 💫

A huge thank you to Beya Jimenez for her invaluable support and coaching in preparing our moderators. We are so grateful for you!
