@emmanuelma1ou @jaycreed_ @harri.bowater @b0btuala_ (One dribble rotation drill)
This simulates a one pass away reaction situation where the defence is out of rotation! The reason for the one dribble is to see how quick you can get into your shot!

I'm going to complete my Charity Shootout Challenge in the next few weeks and am still trying to raise money to help out kids like Jayden @jaycreed_ from Helping Hoops Future 🏀
🔸
🔸
🔸
Future is a FREE program that gives underprivileged kids, who show skill and commitment to basketball, an opportunity for athletic growth and helps them reach their playing potentials. We offer on court skills session with an advanced basketball coach and often have big time guests in attendance like Ben Simmons (Philadelphia 76ers), Kuany Kuany(Sydney Kings), Deng Adel (Brooklyn Nets), and US College Coaches. We partner the on court sessions with Strength and Conditioning sessions in the gym to teach correct movement patterns, reduce risk of injury, and help the kids become better athletes. We've seen many kids from our program receive Athletic Scholarships to schools in the U.S, where they continue to develop their basketball skills, whilst completing studies too 💪🤓
🔸
🔸
🔸
Future is just one of many programs that Helping Hoops provide for kids, and we'd really love to continue running it. With your generosity we can continue to run these programs and keep making positive impacts on our community 😁

🔸
Please go to the link in my bio or check out charityshootout.com.au/coachnickgarcia to help out. Thanks! 🤙

CARDIO DOESN'T HAVE TO BE RUNNING, JUMPING, ROWING, CROSS TRAINER, SWIMMING, ETC....
▫️
▫️
"What's that Nick, I don't have to do boring as bat 💩 exercises to do my 'cardio work?'" ▫️
▫️
Yes dear friend, come closer and let me tell you the story of how 'cardio training' isn't fixed on specific exercises, but actually dependent on the amount of time you're exercising, resting, and the intensity at which you're going. Let me explain...the word 'cardio' is taken from the old English term 'cardiovascular endurance' which is the efficiency of the heart and lungs to supply oxygen to working muscles. So it doesn't matter if you're running on a treadmill, or slamming ropes in the ground, as long as you're improving the total time you train, increasing the amount of efforts you do, or lowering the rest periods and doing the same amount of work, you will be doing 'cardio training'. Isn't it amazing to know that you can do almost ANY exercise and still do 'cardio training?' 😱 ▫️
▫️
Now come a little closer my child, let me show you a thing called the prowler.... #ifyouknowyouknow
