Great performance by Jayden at Provincials! Threw on 47.5kg to his total from his last meet 10 weeks ago

Thank you so much to @tfrancss for staying to help handle Jayden while I had an econ exam. You the goat!

After the exam I sent the 2 hour drive to Sherbrooke to catch Jaydens deadlifts🫶🏽

The off season will be glorious🗣️ @justjaredd_ shout out for the photo!!!!

Squat: 220/485 + 20kg. He had 230 in him but he missed it on depth. We’ll clean it up and be back!

Bench: 130/286

Deadlift: 220/485

So today Jayden stepped on the platform for the very first time and he showed up big…Not only did he put on a really strong performance, but he also was able to get his nationals qualifying total

From the day we started working together, the progress has been nothing short of ridiculous. His potential is through the roof, and we have only been working together for a few months.

I couldn’t be prouder of the effort, discipline, and mindset he brought to the platform!

👉 Send me a DM if you’re ready to put in the work, and see what you’re truly capable of.
