Attended @programmingaroundpain by @drjustinfarnsworth at @universal_ac and learned 15 hours of education that changed how I help clients.

Thank you @showupfitness for the introduction!

I was already confident in helping people in pain, but this just took it to the next level.

I can help anyone in any age bracket that deals with knee, hip, low back, and shoulder pain lose weight, build strength and do the things they love again.

“When you’re older you will have pain. It’s your decision if you want to be weak and old, or if you want to be strong and old. The choice is yours.”

🚀 The simple 10-step formula for strength, power, and athleticism⁣
⁣
If you’re anything like me or 99% of the people and athletes I work with, you likely don’t JUST want to be strong. Or just look good. Or just be athletic.⁣
⁣
You want to have it all: to be an equal parts strong, powerful, athletic, and well-rounded human who excels in ALL areas… not just one or two.⁣
⁣
Here’s a simple 10-step formula to help you do it:⁣
⁣
✔️ Lift heavy weights to produce more force⁣
✔️ Lift heavy-ish weights fast to produce force faster⁣
✔️ Sprint at various distances and/or with resistance⁣
✔️ Jump up, out, sideways, and every other way⁣
✔️ Accumulate volume with “smart” accessories⁣
✔️ Build strength at length for strength + mobility⁣
✔️ Rotate fast to enhance multi-planar power⁣
✔️ Do elastic-biased plyos to build more bounce⁣
✔️ Build up your work capacity⁣
✔️ Rinse, repeat, and progress over time⁣
⁣
Too simple? Maybe, maybe not. But if these are the only things you do on your quest to become a strong, jacked, and high-performing human being… then you probably won’t need much else.⁣
⁣
P.S. If you want to see how I fit all these things into the programs I write for my clients and athletes, DM me “program” and I’ll send 2 sample weeks your way 👌🏻
