Photo dump from the last few weeks 📸

It’s been a busy month to say the least. Plenty of runs, gym sessions, and coaching, mixed in with an unexpected trip across to Germany (Autobahn is my new best friend) after my dad had a motorbike accident on his 60th birthday trip, leaving him with a snapped leg and several broken ribs.

Since then, life’s looked a little different, stepping into the role of carer while helping him recover. Thankfully, he’s making progress and things should be back to normal before too long.

Alongside that, there’s been a Mercedes track day putting some of the latest AMGs through their paces, outdoor group workouts, and seeing clients achieve some incredible fat-loss results.

A hectic few weeks, but plenty of memories made and progress achieved. Onwards. 💪🏃‍♂️🏎️

What a year. Recovery rooms, physio appointments, setbacks, pain and somehow, just as many laughs, memories, sunsets, and moments that made everything worth it.

This year didn’t look how we imagined, but it showed me the kind of person I have beside me. Someone patient, caring, loyal, and strong in ways most people never see.

We had injuries, surgeries, and more obstacles than I can count… and we still came out closer.
Thank you for being the calm in the chaos, for being the best part of every high and every low. I love you ❤️

Spent the day at Plas Coch in Anglesey and honestly, the spa is a 10/10 - steam room, sauna, mud masks, the lot. The whole park is just as good, with a gorgeous old manor house, big pool, jacuzzi, and plenty to do.
Even just walking around Anglesey with the beaches, seaside towns, and Snowdonia views makes it worth the trip. Can see why people come here all year round. #Wales #anglesey #snowdon #spa #ukholiday #ukstaycation
