2027 starts with a huge milestone for Dirtbox Recordings…

Our 100th release. 💯

To celebrate, we want to take Dirtbox on the road with a UK tour, and we’re looking for promoters, events and brands who want to be part of it.

We’ve seen the Dirtbox name represented and supported around the world, but one thing we’ve never managed to put together properly is a tour here at home.

We want to change that in 2027.

This is our chance to celebrate 100 releases with our gang, our people, and the original junglists and ravers who have supported what we do.

If we’ve worked together before, or you’re interested in joining forces for the first time, get in touch.

Tag your local promoters. Tag the brands and events you think should be involved. Let’s work together, support each other and make this milestone something special. ❤️

When you find the other kind of ghost in the machine…
Late 70s/early 80s scientific test equipment sometimes contains similar tech to the sound chips found in early arcade machines. Messing around with test equipment has shown me how simple and ingenious some of these early games sound fx were. Just wait till I show you how they did Asteroids. We bumped into this one halfway through a session harvesting heavy drum’n’bass sounds with @jaydubzonward - never say no to a blue ghostie
