Throwback Thursday with my cousins. It was Parnielle's @parneezypics birthday. I guess my skirt was fancy. Lol 😄😄This is evidence that I have always been there for her in her lovely life 🥰🥰🥰 Wow. That clown tho. Here standing next to Craig @djcriddy (no surprise ), Mia @starrrrrrrpower , Jermaine @maintain1622 , and more . We love you Parnielle 🥳🥳🥳

@JayeFilms: As a Director/Writer and Producer, I must say that we are not only proud graduates of USC's MFA Program in TV and Film but we are also committed to telling diverse stories, to changing the narrative about Black lives and bodies on the silver screen while collaborating with our peers. I'm so proud of our graduating class and look forward to all of the amazing films, work, collaborative events and activities that will come from us -- those before us and those after us. Shifting the narrative, let us continue to lift as we climb -- not tearing each other down but building each other up so that together we can rise and make global change.--JD Walker

We are BLACK WOMEN...we too have a VOICE.... We don’t tear down other BLACK WOMEN! We have felt the pain of NOT BEING HEARD and we have decided that we will be deliberate about building others! All too often we women find it easier to criticize each other, instead of building each other up. With all the negativity going around, let’s do something positive!! I was nominated by @lyciiimo 🖤🤎🖤🤎 Upload a picture of only yourself...ONLY you. Then tag your sisters (even brothers) to do the same. Let’s build ourselves up, instead of tearing ourselves down. ✊🏾✊🏿✊🏽✊🏼

These were fun. Threw on some makeup for a hot sec in the quarantine. Okay, back to house slippers and jammy pants 😉 #quarantine2020.
