Happy Black History Month! 🖤 To celebrate, we’ll be featuring & honoring the amazing people in our community - members, instructors and local black owned businesses! ✨

Meet Jasmine! 💘 @jayejrose (follow along, you do not want to miss out on her cute outfit inspos!) she’s one of our fabulous members & we are so lucky to have her 🥰

✨ What inspires you?

💪Movement has always inspired me! It gets my creativity going and provides me peace. It grounds me!

✨Who inspires you?

👑I’m inspired by strong and kind women like Michelle Obama and Beyonce. Women using their “power”

✨ Best piece of advice / words to live by?

🪩My best piece of advice living your truth and being you is a superpower. Also being kind costs nothing, it’s free!

We love you, Jasmine! 💫

Reminder: UV rays don’t disappear when the temperature drops ☀️

Even on cooler days, sun exposure adds up (especially for us Floridians!) and it is important to stay protected on long runs. That’s why sunscreen is a year-round essential 🧡

Don’t forget to tag us in your pre-run sunscreen routine ✨
