Plant-Based Food Awareness Week begins today in Brampton. 🌱We had the great opportunity to sit down with @jayesh467patel from the Plant Based Treaty group to learn about the benefits of a plant-based diet on our health and our climate. Small lifestyle and diet changes, from making plant-based substitutions in your meals or choosing restaurants with plant-based option, can be made to shift to a more plant-based diet.

Thanks to @ecocaledon’s @community_lu and councillors @mariorussocaledon and @doug.maskell for helping with the fender blender using human power for the #plantbased #greensmoothies.
