POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Over the course of 2 days I had the pleasure of teaching videography basics to high school students in partnership with @dogreater 🎥

On Day 1 we focused on what (some) buttons mean on your camera and how to capture clean video from a technical perspective. My biggest mistake early in my journey was just pressing record and not adjusting my settings 😂

Day 2, we focused on how to elevate what we capture by applying principles of cinematography. All the fun stuff like camera angles and movement, shot types, lighting, and how this influences your storytelling. @jayflybaby led the lighting portion!

Huge thank you to @dogreater for choosing me to share my expertise with the kids! It was fun watching them create and explore 🎥🔥

it’s time to make the upgrade. you won’t look back. 👏🏼

Introducing the SAYS Fund.

Caring for women has always been at the heart of why we created SAYS. The SAYS Fund is our ongoing commitment to supporting and advancing women’s health.

As we grow, so will our impact. A portion of every purchase will help fund this mission, with meaningful partnerships and initiatives already underway.

Until every woman has the care she deserves, our work isn’t finished.

This experience was bigger than football. It was about bringing a group of women together, building trust , teaching the game , overcoming adversity and competing as ONE.
