Rotten Rage 🫜🫜🫜🫜
Saturday August 27, 2026

An incredible experience!

An idea for a year and a concept for three years finally coming to fruition.

I am beyond grateful for everyone that brought their energy here. I was honored to facilitate this immersive experience to release all that is festering inside.

Stored emotion in the fascia was loosened.
The breath and voice brought out power and truth.
Fruit flesh was squashed and deliciously eaten.
Beautiful bodies danced under the bright moon.

Major thanks to @community_junkyard the perfect space to hold RR. I am blessed for this community space.

Be on the lookout for the next one!

June @ the Haus!

Lots of things to look forward to- we’re aiming to prep for the hot summer days. Finishing off spring with mat care AND skin care (it’s time, we all smell our mats) 🌞

Mark your calendars, save this post, photograph with your mind, whatever your wave is.

Honoring Juneteenth at the Haus, we encourage rest and celebration for our Black members and teachers in conjunction with ally members/ teachers taking time to educate, uplift, and support.

We’re always celebrating our queerness at SölHaus but who doesn’t love more reasons to highlight joy? Happy pride yall, forever exploding with gratitude to move, breathe, and sit still in a space that holds so many people. 🫶🏽
