the night before we left for this trip ryan mentioned in youth group, "one of the greatest tragedies is to be in the presence of greatness and miss it" which i think was really a foreshadowing of how the next four days at camp would be.

joe made a metaphor of a flower and oil (which everyone knows i was amazed by!! ) but he said if only a little bit of oil got into that flower it would die. this is how easy it is for the devil to work on our hearts and creep sin into our lives.

after that second day of worship, when we thought that was the peak, that it couldnt get any better, but God definitely did the unexpected and the third day of camp we worshipped for over an hour, in awe of just how much God was moving. everyone who went on this trip, was reminded we live for a higher purpose, and that is to bring as many people as we can to heaven, to be a disciple of Jesus Christ, and knowing that whenever i'm faced with the challenge of bringing someone to the Lord, that he will equip me with all that i need to do it. glad to say im all in ❤️‍🔥

OH MY GOODNESS i mean where do i start. If you have burdens your are carrying you need to step into a world with God because this week is legit the best thing i’ve ever went through. God has blessed me with so many people in my life and has surrounded me with the best summer camp ever. So if you’re wondering what’s going on in your life please please please give God a chance you will NOT regret anything. This week is probably the most i’ve cried in my entire life thanks to Joe, but it was definitely worth every single tear. #GODISSOGOOD Summer camp 24’

My first church camp was such a success, which was filled with SO many tears, hugs, new friendships, confessions, and most of all, God’s undying grace.

Whatever you may be struggling with, I encourage you to put aside all worries and build a relationship with Him. You are more than capable and worthy of stepping into Christ’s path, whether those steps are big or small. Let go of those burdens and let Christ cleanse your soul. He loves you so dearly.❤️
