I grew up without my hero around. Now I’m grateful to be that hero for my kids. I stay strong, stay present, and make sure any predator knows my family is protected. 💪🏾🛡️#fathers #dadssupportingdads #fitness #iwishamotherfuckerwould

In the track game, the race is either won or lost long before race day.

It’s won behind the scenes in an empty stadium when nobody’s watching. During the workouts that make you stop and ask yourself, “Why the hell am I doing this?”

Those moments are where champions are built. Race day doesn’t create greatness—it reveals it. The medals, records, and victories are just the reward for the sacrifices you made when no one was there to applaud.

Fall in love with the work that nobody sees. That’s where the separation happens.

Iron sharpens iron. 💨
@jaylaatkinson_ @carileww @sam.singleton__ are killing their summer training sessions! #
This session was exactly what high-performance training is supposed to look like.

Two Division I athletes.
The fastest girl in the state heading into next season.
One track.
One standard.

Talent gets you noticed.
Work ethic separates you.
Consistency keeps you there.

No egos. No shortcuts. Just athletes pushing each other to another level. That’s what happens when you surround yourself with people who refuse to settle.

The goal isn’t just to be faster than everyone else…
The goal is to become the best version of yourself every single session.

The work never lies.
