The Cadair Idris birthday bash.

Everyone’s favourite mountain. And the perfect weather for a party 🎂

Cadair Idris📍 8/10

Where to start on this hike, after an invite from @jessoutdoors26 to what I though was going to be a small group hike to celebrate Ross’s 50th birthday ended up being an army of his friends and family taking over the mountain 🏔️

The weather was perfect, the conversations flowed and although impossible, I tried my best to get to know as many as possible throughout the day, but to those I did thankyou for being so welcoming 🙌

A quick visit to Ned’s stone was a must, bumped into @mark_butty_adventures who I’m convinced is now stalking me and a new friend made at the summit all courtesy of my Van karaoke 🎤

All Finished off with a pint in the Ty’n Y Cornel 🍺

One year ago today at 11:35am I completed the Wainwrights on Illgill Head surrounded by the best people. One of my biggest achievements 🥰 I will always remember this day.

Cadair Idris to celebrate Ross's 50th birthday was exactly what we all needed. So many smiles, so many laughs, and so many kids bagging a summit. This is what it’s all about, and it was the perfect reset to get our motivation back and find that love for the mountains again.

Such a heartwarming day, perfectly summed up by Ross at the end of the night: life might not always put us exactly where we planned to be, but when you look around at this beautifully dysfunctional hiking family, you realise just how much you actually have. (Or something like that🤣)

Celebrating @mannequin_on_the_move birthday with a wet start up Snowdon, but the sun came out at the summit! Great weekend doing what we love. Thanks again 🫶🏼

The biggest Happy Birthday to my Jay 🥰
The kindest, most loyal, genuine, loving, caring, funniest man to have walked into my life. This time last year we were best mates, proper friends who constantly laughed and had eachothers backs, now look at us! Fast forward 10 months and we are still best mates who constantly laugh and have eachothers backs but with a whole lot of love thrown in 🥰
If you're lucky enough to have met Jay or even luckier to be able to call him a mate, you'll know all I'm saying about him is the absolute truth. When I tell you he'd see no wrong done by anyone, I mean it. He has THE biggest heart and will do anything to help anyone. His smile and laugh lights up rooms and you can't help but smile or laugh with him.
A true gentleman with just enough cheekiness, sass and top tier banter!
Jay.... Happy Birthday my gorgeous Darling ❤️ Thank you for dropping into my DM's all those years ago and thank you for being one of the men in my life to show me and teach me that good men do exist and YOU are one of them....I'm beyond blessed you're mine 🥰 Thank you for bringing my smile back and being one of the best chapters in my life, here's to many more! Thank you for every adventure day, every chill day, every smile, every laugh, for caring and loving me for who I am, for making me never feel too much or not enough, for building me back up after tough times and standing right by my side solid and unwaivering. I hope you have an amazing day because you absolutely deserve it! See you later Handsome to celebrate your birthday 😘♥️🥰

I love you.

MORE.

I WIN!

Tryfan via Little gully and North Gully - a decent scramble and a great catch-up with some of the gang. We went up as 4 and came back down as 8 as we bumped into others at the summit which was an unexpected surprise. 😜

Finished off as always with food at @ystablau which is always spot on👌
